The guber election hopeful, Hon. Sir Azuka Okwuosa disclosed the statement at the end of the year get together with APC local  government council chairmen at his country home in Irefi Oraifite, Anambra State.

The event was graced with the presence of; Hon. Chibuzo Obiako (Okwelume na Ogidi), Ike Ekwensi (Agunechemba), twenty-one local government council chairmen, well meaning friends of Azuka Okwuosa and party faithfuls.

A tip of iceberg from his Blueprint was highlighted bordering on security, gas pipeline, integrated rail system and so on.

SECURITY

As a result of the numerous security challenges, security lapses and ineptitudes facing the country, he promised to have security as a priority in order to enhance massive economic thrive and development.

Once the environment is safe and sound, it would invite foreign investors and businesses to thrive.

GAS PIPELINE

Our dear state is rich in gas deposit, he promised to utilize the resources and make adequate provision for gas piping to provide massive power supply and constant electricity that will create room for business establishment, emerging industries and existing industries.

INTEGRATED RAIL SYSTEM

Anambra state as a commercial and business hub in Africa needs good roads and transportation network in business and commercial activities.

His administration will create room for an integrated rail network in triangular badge linking the three commercial cities of Awka, Nnewi and Onitsha for easy accessibility and for business transactions to thrive smoothly.

Track Record of an Ebullient Grassroot Administrator and Technocrat

Hon. Sir Azuka Okwuosa is a popular figure and household name as far as administration is concerned, his track record of activities while in government, performances and results are overwhelmed and outstanding.

Permit me to enumerate some of his ebullient records in the past;

Hon. Azuka served in the capacity of local government chairman of old Nnewi North Local government area of Anambra state, Nigeria, a local government area which comprises of; Ekwusigo and Nnewi combined together then in 1994 of which he performed exceedingly well.

He also served as commissioner of works and transport in Anambra state, of which his track of work was dumbfoundingly amazing and flabbergasting.

He was the sub-committee chairman of works and housing in Anambra state.

He was one of the 3 men committee that promulgated and established the blueprint introduced in Anambra State governance, used by financials in budget preparation.

He was the secretary general for south east development initiative in 2002, chaired by Senator Hope Uzodinma.

He was the deputy director general (DDG) For Hon. Tony Nwoye's campaign in 2017 and was also the chairman of campaign flag-off that same year.

After the gubernatorial of 2017 in Anambra State, a fact finding committee was set up in order to ascertain the loop holes and lapses of the party failure in that election, as a credible man and result- oriented he is, he was made the chairman of that  very committee and he delivered as usual and did amazingly well.

He was the chairman of vice presidential visit to Anambra State and did a great job as expected of him as usual.

He was part of the success story of numerous APC party chieftains in the past such as; Dr. Chris Nwabueze Ngige, Chief George Mmogahlu, Bart Nwibe, Hon. Tony Nwoye, Andy Una and so on, having worked with and for them in the past to ensure their victory.

Truly, he is a prayer answered to APC as a party and Anambra State in general.

Why should I be Good?

Hello friends, today we'll be talking about why you and I should be good. High level of concentration is required for this post or you'll misunderstand the message we intend to pass across. Welcome to our JUCNfact Blog!

I saw a text on someone's t-shirt. It read: "Nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so". We live in a world where so many people exist, but only a few live. What? You don't understand what I mean?  Statistics has shown that negligible 5 percent of the world's population THINK - which is very pathetic, while majority of the world's population prefer to die than use their God-given brains. The reason being that no one of such people believe they can be good in whatever they do or in that career path of theirs. And since being good starts in the mind, thinking becomes somehow impossible for them.

The role of critical thinking in this regard is one that cannot be overemphasized as it plays a great role in self development, becoming successful, et cetera.

 Okay, let's stop diverting from the subject matter and start digging. Nowadays there's a neglect of good manners in our society especially with the rise in social vices like cultism, rape, armed robbery, drug abuse, prostitution, gambling, pornography and so on and so forth. Quite alot of factors are responsible for these vices. They include: poor upbringing by parents in the aspects of self-respect and respect for others, Obedience, dignity, etc; bad role models like celebrities who are chain smokers, rapists, drug addicts, etc. These guys seriously influence the lifestyle of our young ones since their fields are loved mainly by youths.

Many are beginning to think that to be "high" or rude  at times or talk to people anyhow is the new classic way of life or drives fear into people.

But is this actually true?

Well to some yes! and to some no! But you and I know that being good and gentle is just the right way. You know it deep inside you. Who doesn't want to be addressed as a good man/woman by everyone around him/her? Come on tell me who? Being good gives you respect and a high place in the minds of people. It obviously makes one stand out from the rest.

A second reason why you should be good is the fact that  we we're not born bad-guys. Everyone you see behaving abnormal, tried and forced theirselves to adapt to that negative behavior that you see them exhibiting. Now that sound like I'm being economical with the truth, because alot of people believe that it's easier to be bad than good. Believe me you, that's just a mindset. Now this is the point I get to bring back the concept of thinking that I talked about earlier.

When you "think", it's like a conversation between you and your mind. There is an exchange of information between the two parties. Your mind contains your conscience which is built on the principle below:

"IT'S GOOD TO BE GOOD AND IT'S BAD TO BE BAD"

This is like a standard that tells you that an action or decision is good or bad. I stated earlier that we we're not born "bad-guys" because your conscience judges you whenever you do any thing bad and everyone was given birth to with a conscience.

Now you see from the above points, the main reason why you should be good. Inasmuch as you have been charged to be good doesn't mean you should be foolish. Always have this at the back of your mind. The Bible says we should be gentle as a dove and wise as a serpent. This saying alone encompasses everything you need to know about being good. It'll help you get along well with people whether they are hot headed or calm, slow or fast.  With this you'll be good and people will tag you as the good guy!

 Hello friends, welcome to my JUCNfact blog. Today we'll be looking at a cool way you can make a file downloadable on your website. 

As a Blogspot or WordPress blogger, at one point or the other, you may need to provide files for download on your blog website. Well if you fall in that category, then you have come to the right place. This tutorial will also be helpful to those who all ready have or are planning on starting an online store, because it applies to every kind of digital file such as text document, audio files, video files or even apk files.

Here are five steps to grab a download link for a file of your choice in order to make use of it on your dite.

Step 1: Download a URL Shortener App from an app store to your device. In this tutorial, I'll be using a URL Shortener that has high rating from Google Play Store.

Step 2: Go to your browser and open the site that has the file that you want to make downloadable on your website. For Example: If you want to make "Hell_Naw_by_Nasty_C.mp3" audio file downloadable on your website, you may choose to check a site like www.naijavibes.com

Step 3: Locate  the file and click on the download button for the file. 

When you do this, a new link starts loading for the file download. This link is called the "download link" for the particular file. NOTE: Our goal here is not to download the file, but to get the link.

Step 4: Copy the link to your clipboard, then open the URL Shortener App and paste it there.

Alternatively, you can simply highlight and copy it directly to the App.

Step 5: While in the app, select a URL Shortening service provider and click on the shorten button.

After this step, you'll get a short and completely different link. Your download link is ready to be used on your site.

        This practice gives you the advantage of gaining more trust from your site visitors, because when they click on the link, the download starts without redirecting them to the homepage of the site you got the original link from.

NOTE: The website you copy the download link from, is your source for that particular file and acts like a host for your download link. i.e. If the file is deleted from the site, the link on your own site will automatically stop working. Thus, we recommend that you get your links from sites that are well known for the services they render.

How to become successful

      Hello guys welcome to JUCNfact blog. Today we're gonna be taking on some quick tips on how to become successful.

There is a saying that good things are hard to come by. Well the saying is true, but there are guys who have made it in several fields that seemed impossible. Examples of these men are:  Ben Carson - one of the best neurosurgeon in the world, Christiano Ronaldo - one of the best footballer in the world, Bill Gates - one time world richest man.

Two things are common amongst these three men - FOCUS and PASSION

These men were able to attain high level of focus. Not in any other thing, but on their passions. Take for Example: Mark Zuckerberg had the dream of connecting the world. He had this in mind at a quite young age. This was the main reason as a student, he came up with the idea of creating a social networking site he called "Facemash" - a site for Harvard university Students, which was later banned. Because he had the passion for his dream, he didn't stop pushing. He saw himself where he is today and not where people thought he was going to be.

Fortunately, in 2004, he Co-Founded the world's largest social networking site - "Facebook". This was not because he was a wizard when it comes to programming, but because he focused on his passion. Now isn't that a dream come true?

I know the question running through your mind now!

How do I focus on my passion and become successful?

Step 1: You need to want to be successful. I know it sounds funny, but it is said that the mindset with which you approach a problem, determines whether you'll solve it or not. Thus, approaching problems you encounter while climbing to the top with a "success-mindset" and putting in your best in that venture of yours would be a great start for your success story.

 Step 2:  You need to know what you want to be successful in. One of the foremost things to do when looking for the solution to a problem is to identify the problem itself. What Field do you want to be successful in? Is it in engineering, medicine, business, academia, et cetera. Wanting to be successful and not having a career path in mind is like a journey without destination and any one journeying without a destination can never settle. Thus, identifying where you want to be successful in is a step you've got to take pretty serious.

Step 3: Be Hardworking. With Hardwork, it very possible to do what ever you set your mind to. The effort you put into anything you do tells whether you're gonna be successful in it or not. A little effort will yield Little and lots of effort will yield unbeatable results. So how long do you study as a student? How much time do you put into training as a sports man? How much dedication do you put into your business as an entrepreneur? All these are crucial for success.

Step 4: Never give up. Larry Page, Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Amancio Ortega, Larry Ellison, Jim Waltson, John Mars, Mark Zuckerberg - now that doesn't sound like the names of poor men, but you should also know that these guys don't give up easily. They keep pushing, even when it gets tough. Not giving up may seem hard for many, but it's still possible. You should always tell yourself that anything worth starting is worth finishing successfully.

Step 5: Develop a strong will. The essence of will power in regards to success is one that cannot be overemphasized. To become successful one must not underestimate the role  of decision making. Learn to make up your mind to do things that will benefit you. Read wide and become a student of life. This will strengthen your ability to take stands.
